EMOTIONS

Your Spirit/consciousness reacts to your emotions. Some people have a strong reaction to their emotions.

In case of strong/ heavy emotions The extent to which the emotions come in and the extent to which you respond to the emotions has to do with your frequency and open channels. Furthermore, this has also to do with what the person in charge has agreed to learn in this life. 

You Spirit/consciousness have a choice  You, Spirit/consciousness, have the choice to stay in the circle of emotions.  or You, Spirit/consciousness could disconnect/ break the circle of emotions. 

Note: Emotions/ feelings/ energy are connected to each other.
