The goal of positive energy is positive. The goal of negative energy is negative.

The internal drives of the human being react to the incoming energy.

In case the incoming energy is positive, the following internal drives can react on the impulse and information of the positive energy:

Via the consciousness/Spirit of the human being the entered information can be perceived, via feelings and thoughts.
